Returns and refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
In the very unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, have a complaint about a product, or you purchased the wrong item, please contact us directly via email: email@example.com
You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Sale items are not eligible for refund. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of reception for either an exchange or in store credit.
Items not eligible
Worn items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you would prefer an exchange, the second shipment cost is complimentary (excluding sale items).

How to return your item
Please fill out the returns form first and then ship the item(s) to the following address:

Please mark the shipment form “RETURN / NO COMMERCIAL VALUE”, if shipping outside of Australia
